Strength is the product of struggle.

I was in the military for 9 years, at which time I was heavily involved in many of the sports programs, including basketball and football. I was able to take my athletic skills to Semi-Pro, and competed at that level for 6 years. I have a passion for maintaining peak levels of fitness and I’ve been helping others do so as a Personal Trainer for the last 8 years.. You must do what others don’t – to achieve what others won’t.
I like to make sure my clients have fun, while also receiving the benefits of a great workout!
